There are so many choices, which is a good thing. Everyone has their preferences. I would highly recommend the Beer Clean products if you own a bar or restaurant. Currently I use the Finish automatic dishwasher detergent, I like the results. I have also used Cascade. For hand dishwashing I use Palmolive, Ajax or Dawn but I also use the Method foam dish detergent for environmental considerations.
