2. Icons Key

   You may be wondering, "Geez, what do all those icons on SupplyTime mean" Well, let us explain...
   
    - Any product showing the "Recycled" icon means that it is made of recycled materials, and/or is eco-friendly. We tend to love these types of products. 
   
    - Any product showing the "Green" icon means it's Kermit approved. Kidding. This icon indicates eco-friendly products. 
   
    - The "MSDS" icon means that a Materials Safety Data Sheet is available for this product. You can access the MSDS information for the product by clicking on the icon. 
   
    - The "Truck" icon means that the product showing will be shipped via common carrier, and cannot be shipped via UPS. 
   
    - You guessed it. Any product showing the "UPS" icon means that it will be shipped via UPS.

3. Shipping Policy

   Free delivery on orders over $75 plus 5% off all orders over $200. We aim to please! With our national network of warehouses (50+) we're happy to be able to offer 1-3 business day shipping for most orders. Larger custom orders may require additional time. With the exception of "Freight Required" orders we ship via UPS to all states within the continental USA.

4. Returns Policy

   We understand that "Oops" happen and that you may occasionally want to return your order. To do so, login to your "My Account" at the top of any page.  Click the Order Number containing the item(s) you'd like to return.  Check the boxes next to the SKU numbers you'd like to return and click the "Return Items" button.  Fill out the short questionnaire form and click "Submit".  You'll then hear from our dedicated Customer Service team within 48-72 hours. 5. Cancellation Policy

   Once you've completed your order checkout our warehouses are immediately notified to process your order. So once placed an order usually cannot be changed. That is why we ask that you double check your order before completing it.
