Return Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: This policy is for returning products already delivered to you.  YOU CANNOT DELETE ORDERS OR ITEMS ON-LINE ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.  YOU MUST CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 877-402-6537.
All return requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.  

FOOD and MEDICAL/FIRST AID ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Please contact a customer service representative for more details at 877-402-6537.

Please follow the return procedures outlined below, but if you have any questions just let us know. We're happy to help.


  1. Log into your SuppyTime customer account and click "My Account" at the top of any page.  Click the Order Number containing the item(s) you'd like to return.  Check the boxes next to the SKU numbers you'd like to return and click the "Return Items" button.  Fill out the short questionnaire form and click "Submit". You'll then hear from our dedicated Customer Service team within 48-72 hours.     
  2. Once we’ve emailed you back with your RMA number and a return address, please carefully reseal the package to be returned in the original packaging, in resell-able condition.  Write the RMA number on a label and attach it to the outside of the box. Please do not write on the box. Remember, products returned without an RMA or not in the condition stated above cannot be refunded. 
  3. Send the items to the return shipping address we’ve provided you. We'd recommend using UPS or FedEx for ease of tracking the return. Please note, SupplyTime is not responsible nor can we credit an item damaged via transport back to us. If this occurs, customer must file a damage claim with shipping company used for return. 
  4. In about three weeks after the receipt of your return, you should see your credit appear on your credit card statement. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  An RMA is necessary for ALL returns.  Upon request our dedicated Customer Service team will send an RMA to you within 48-72 hours (business days, weekends not included).
